Welcome to igolu, a blog site designed to help guide you through the process of goal creation and sharing. This site provides a platform for Susanne Conrad to deliver her work, helping individuals and companies engage at different levels to ultimately reach their goals by completing each session. At Level One, participants discover who they are as well as their own unique gifts. At Level Two, participants take on a project that requires them to surpass typical expectations while learning new ways to fulfill their role in the world. igolu is a public site where all participants can share what they are learning with their friends and family. Together, participants become better listeners, learn to make greater, more positive impacts on relationships, and create their own unique vision and goals for their lives.
To use this site, start working your way through the different levels and session numbers. There is a short and fun video to watch for each session, with handouts emphasizing key ideas. There are places in the video to pause and complete a short assignment as well as follow-up assignments that will help you work through important igolu concepts. Videos can be watched independently or in a group setting, such as in a staff meeting or in your living room with a group of friends who are interested in supporting one another through this process. Participants who are enrolled in the program through their place of employment will also have a scheduled teleconference following each monthly session video. For those who are working their way through the levels independently, feel free to take it at your own pace.
